* FIX: A bug that would sometimes cause Algodoo to crash on startup.
* FIX: Issue where some bad polygons would make Algodoo hang.

Thanks for the (very fast) update Emil!

Beta 12! This has a new "play-mode" which can be used to interact with downloaded scenes without modifying them. The idea is that the beta will fall back onto play-mode when the beta time runs out, rendering Algodoo still usable as a player of Algobox scenes. Link in first post!

* NEW: Ctrl-M now toggles hide/show windows.
* NEW: Play mode, accessible with button in menu-bar, or Cmd-Space.
* IMP: Nicer splash screen/about window with links to algodoo.com/algoryx.se
* FIX: Issue with fullscreen toggle moving the window outside the monitor.
* FIX: Issues with widget positioning when resizing widgets.

Play-mode!? What a cool feature!

Play mode works very well, except for one thing.
Dragging works fine, but when you don't want to pull hard on an object you can't adjust the drag force.
So, maybe you could put the drag options back in.

By the way, I like the info of the Play mode: "... and not build."
Very very funny if you read it.
I mean the whole sentence is about what you can do in Play mode, but the last few words are about what you can't do.
It's like: You can do this and this, but you can't do that.
Or more like saying to someone: you can eat cookies, but you can't eat the chocolate on them.
Or: You can play with Lego, but you aren't allowed to build things with it. (do you get it??? Lego is about building things).
The shown tool info is so enormously funny if you think of it this way.

I like the Play mode, but I like the tool info even more!

Finally! Play mode here! That's the most of I exited about in Algodoo2. It's the most important for better spread.
Good job, Emil!

after checking out some normal algodoo behavior in playmode i found some ways to be able to create stuff,
ctrl-c ctrl-v still works, and putting code in the console works
maybe with some skill some players could still create stuff :)

Good release! ;)

Timed out my demo on purpose to if it activated properly, and well... GOOD JOB!
(been too lazy to find the license info...)
Play-mode button tool tip: misspelling of the word "which" :P
I also think that along with drag options, you should consider the "sim-info"... mainly for fps, sim-time and realtime %....

Fun fact: algodoo can register upto: "106751991167300d 15h 30m and 8s" usage time... :D

Beta 13, mainly fixing some issues with playmode, such as:

** Problems when unlocking Algodoo
** Problems when demo went overdue
** Nicer looking splash screen/about box in demo mode
** Added drag tool button to sim control, next to pan and zoom tools (must have for touch screens).
** Added sim info button in file menu

Beta 14! This is likely the last before the final release of 2.0.1!

Changes since b13 include:

* Cut tool in play-mode now
* Better switching to/from playmode with shift+space
* Hide/show windows with tab
* Focus is correctly given to widgets in the scene bar (left side bar).
* Fixed issue with scripted texture names
* Skin touch-ups, with clearer focus border.
* NEW: When loading a scene, a popup will show the scene description, if any.
