Unicode filename bug has been reintroduced.

1.8.0 - 1.8.5: No problem (i.e. The scene can be opened)
1.9.4 - 1.9.8: Just cannot open the scene.
1.9.9 - 2.0.0: Algodoo crashes when you try to open the scene.
