1.8.0 scaling geoms with fixates

1) draw box
2) fix it to background
3) pick scale tool

Check scaling lines with mouse over every scaling zone (circles).
You will see some times center is fixate and sometimes border.

I think this was put it so you can scale it in certain areas without affecting others. It does the same thing for hinges, too. It can be annoying at times, but I find it to be rather helpful.

Chronos is right: this is a feature, not a bug.

Useless feature and it's confusing. Better to fix scaling center and add ability to move it.

I don't think this feature is useless, but I think this feature sometimes confuses us.

I'll try to make it less confusing in the next version, and also remove the incorrect "preview" of the scale center while scaling.
