Since 1.9.4. (No problem with v1.8.5)
There is a way to input unicode characters via ALT and Ten-key.
This method returns twice amount of characters.
== How to reproduce bug ==
* Try to input any character by ALT and Ten-key.
* The character will be input twice.
e.g. "Alt 65" should return 'A', but it become 'AA'.
OS: Win32
