algodoo .exe - launch options

algodoo should have the ability to launch with arguments...
E.g. --conffile "<location of config file to use>"
--rootdir "<location for root dir>" (root dir refering to my documents...)
These would maybe help config compatability (by telling each version of algodoo to use a different config file per version...)
Just suggestions.
