Problem with blurred taskbar

Alright, so I made an account just for this problem, to which I can find no obvious solution for.
One day, quite a long time ago, I opened Algodoo and discovered ALL images/icons (buttons, logo, etc.) were EXTREMELY blurred/disfigured. The only solution I could immediately think of was to restart the application, but that didn't seem to help at all. I have no Idea why this happened or how to fix it, and I hope someone will be able to help with the situation.

P.S.- I'm sorry if this problem has been brought up in a topic before, but i just skimmed over the already existing topics.

Edit - This applies to ANY texture, including default circles, material textures, anything!!! I just downloaded the 1.9.7 beta, and it's still like this! I deleted the program file and even tried reinstalling, so does that mean it's something wrong with my computer's settings? It worked fine before, and started acting this way for no sure reason.

Have you tried resetting the config by open options, select the tab "Reset" and press "Reset configuration"?

I just did, but with no success. Like I edited into the OP, I've reinstalled new versions, deleted the Algodoo folder in My Documents, gotten rid of every trace of Algodoo, yet the problem persists, So I am beginning to believe it's my computer conflicting with Algodoo some how. I certainly hope you can help me with this problem.

Check your graphic drivers. Some have settings to force a bitmap bias, to crank more performance out of games. Probably this is under some sort of "performance vs quality" setting. You can/should also try to simply reinstall the latest graphics drivers.

could you please perform this operation

1. Start -- type "dxdiag" and'press enter
2. Please wait 2 minute for it to gather data
(when loading the program, a message will appear, select yes)
3, click the save all information button and save the text file
4.put the file into a zip file, along with the file,
My documents)Algodoo/logfile.txt

Upload the final zip file to your next post (upload attchment)

This will let us see you text file and some important info about you graphics card

Aha! I WAS fidgeting with those settings about the time the problem started occurring. I reset the performances back to "balanced" and it did the trick! Thank you very much for your time! And by the way, thank you for your help efforts Electronicboy. All help on the matter is appreciated.
