How about www.algodoo.com/wiki/bugs ?
A lot of already reported bugs not fixed, like text markup and so on...
Will it be? Should I re-compile actual list for 1.9.7?

I suggest to re-create bug list after next beta release.
There are many fixed bug in v1.9.7b
