More betas: releasing betas frequently

Simple suggestion.
Many bugs which exist in v1.9.7b seem to be fixed. So I suggest to release next beta.

I agree with the README. Part of the fun of getting a new Algodoo version was scrolling through the change log, seeing what's been changed and what bugs have been fixed.
I do stuff and break things. You know how it is.
