By the way, i found a little mistake in the English translation, line 1696:
'lesson-qt-edit-edit-text' => 'Change, resume or update an excisting lesson',
and one in credits:
"personaly" instead of "personally"

Nope. I believe that Template:Languages lacks line for his language code.

Thanks to lack of the line, Home/hr is not linked from English Home, currently.
(Home/hr is what Ivan translated Home into Hrvatski)

I don't have permission to edit the template.
If I have permission, it's very easy for me to fix this issue, though.
