[Fixed]1.9.7 Font shadow color with bright background

Since v1.8.2.
With bright background, font and font-shadow have same color (black).
It's not good for readability (especially for Japanese language).
So, I recommend below:
With bright background: Font = black, Shadow = white.
With dark background: Font = white, Shadow = black.
