[Fixed]1.9.5 Layer and color

Since v1.9.4.
I bet this bug is related with Scene.addLayer{}.
(Scene.addLayer exists since v1.9.4)
== How to reproduce bug ==
(1) Create box with ruler and set its color transparent.
(2) Create a geom (this geom must be in same layer with ruler).
(3) Bug! The geom become transparent automatically.
NOTE: The geom color become normally when the ruler is not shown in Algodoo window.

This has been fixed in the next version, thanks!
However, addLayer() is a feature we are working on, but it is not yet ready to be used for any real scenes, and it might change later, so please do not upload any scenes to Algobox that uses it.
