1.9.5 is much better in scripts but scene with many objects runs few times slower.
Maybe it's because of double precision (we don't really need it) or because of new solver?
Dream of Algodoo as game development engine...

Double precision is known to be slower and an evaluation of double precision is planned (pro, cons).
The new solver only affects some of the tools in Algodoo. For instance, scenes with a lot of ropes will be slower, however, some scenes that could not be created before are now possible. If a large scene is to be created, the user
should be careful not to use to many ropes and axels.

It is always a balance between more accurate physics, and more time to solve the system.
More accurate physics makes a scene more real and a system less prone to explode, which hopefully makes it possible to create even more well thought out scenes.
And also, the direct solver will hopefully be optimized over time.

Is there any way to convert old scene with cable (chain) to new one so it can be faster? I can do it by modify group in .phn file I guess...
