"Private" scenes. Read on!
I mess around with Phun/Algodoo at several places/computers fairly frequently. I think it would be useful to have an option to upload scenes onto Algobox which are only viewable and downloadable by you, so you can access them anywhere and not pollute Algobox with half-finished creations and ideas.

you can...
upload them, then delete them
then, when you want one, un-delete it, download it, then re-delete it
or you could just get a usb drive... you get get sizes like 2gb for extreamly small amounts...

You can't download deleted scenes.

Did you even read Electronicboy's post? It clearly states that you
- UPLOAD
- DELETE
- UNDELETE
- DOWNLOAD
- DELETE
Or, do what I do, install Algodoo to a USB drive, put each version into a folder entitled Algodoo1-8-0, Algodoo1-8-5, etc.
Make another folder entitled AlgoStuff (or whatever, that's what I called it).
When you need to, copy the entirety of My Documents >> Algodoo into USB Drive >> AlgoStuff.
On the other computer, copy it back onto My Documents.
Repeat the process as necessary.
However, I would support
Integration of Algobox completely into the forum, and
Password-protected scenes. This would be very helpful for contests where you don't want anyone to see what you built, except, of course, the contest host.
Matthias Wandel is epic, in my humble opinion.

There's also a Works In Progress section that is not viewable unless you search for it. After you download the file, simply delete it.

Heh, I guess that's good enough.
I completely forgot about the different categories.

However, I do like the idea of password protection. You could just do something like "blah" that's easy to remember.
Or, maybe, Works In Progress is exactly what you are looking for. The scenes are, after all, Works In Progress, right?
Or just not bother with hiding scenes.
