OpenCL / Nvidia PhysX support.
A good optional feature to have in Algodoo would be GPU physics, this could allow for much larger physical scenes including much larger water simulations. It's fairly simple to implement PhysX with OpenGL, which Algodoo uses. Of course you would still retain the original CPU physics for people without a powerful ATI / Nvidia graphics card but it's still a nice feature to have for people like me who want insane amounts of water but, even running an i7 like myself can't because of how intense the calculations are on the CPU.

Re: OpenCL / Nvidia PhysX support.
already suggested.
And i think emilk (creator of algodoo) has already said that he wish's to add Opencl.
Shamefully there is only a internal todo list which is fully upto date
P.s. That is a hint to the dev's to create a public one!

I think this has been suggested before, but nonetheless it would allow for much more physics-and-water-heavy scenes (which I would very much like). However, I doubt this will be implemented, or at least not any time soon.

I don't suffer from insanity. I enjoy every minute of it.

I believe they stated they had some experimental models going, i think something like one million water particles running at 1Hz of a Gpu. From memory though, CBF finding the original post.
