[Fixed]1.8.2 tool menu bug

According to Kilinich, this bug has been fixed.

Something wrong with tool selecting.
After some amount of time playng if I click twice on some tool without options (like circle tool) I can't select another tool (like box).
Then it becomes worse and worse until I just can't switch tool to anything.
After application restart everything works fine for a while...
Paradigm reports the same, we can't reproduce it 100% yet.

i was having the same problem. I posted the verys basics of not always being able to select a tool on the release topic.
Pressing the associated key for a tool on the keyboard a few time's will select the tool and it also fixes it for a while.

A cookie to whoever succeeds in reproducing this bug deterministically!
What we have figured out so far here at the office, from one successful reproduction: it's not necessarily about the toolbar; other menus are affected as well, as if there was an invisible ghost-component catching the clicks instead of whatever is under it.
