1.8.0 not working really need help

I just downloaded algodoo 1.8.0, however when i launched it, a warning came up and said: "this version of GLIB requires NT based windows, aborting..." and when i clicked OK and it did not run

I already fixed it, thank you for the help, but why does 1.8 have huge buttons

it stopped working again, this time when i opened it a warning said: Exeption caught tried to deference a NULL mentor proxy. and when i clicked OK, it still did not openplease help me!.

i advise you uninstall algodoo, redownload the installer and reinstall.

If it doesn't work what version of windows do you have?

Sounds like you have compatibility mode turned on the installer. Turn it off.

open my computer and navigate to
c:
program files
algodoo

Right click the algodoo file, open properties
Select the compatability tab, the checkbox to use compatability mode MUST be unchecked.

the installer should not be running under compatability mode at all, i thought you had to specifically set the installer to run like that.

just to check, is this after or before you have installed algodoo 1.8.0?
