Re: 1.7.8 Cut glued group bug
Its weird how no matter which part you cut it will still drop the two balls. Could this be something to do with the order in which you build it?
Notice what happens when you select the objects, not the arrow or plane, and click lossen, no do it again. Only those two balls fall. And then when you do it again everything splits apart.

I'll change the behavior so that things glued at a distance (like these guys) will never come apart when cutting. A bit inconsistent, but nothing will ever be perfectly consistent in this case.

Re: 1.7.8 Cut glued group bug
I'm having a problem where a grouped object thats glued to another assembly gets glued to the background if you fixtate any part of the main assembly to the background?
Here is an example: http://www.algodoo.com/algobox/details.php?id=45270
In this example if you start the sim the entire engine falls, but if you fixtate any part of the thing to anything, so you can work on the build the exhaust pipes stick to the background when you delete the fixtate! I have spent a lot more time trying to keep my stuff from inexplicably getting stuck to the background than actualy creating anything

PS it would be real nice to be able to select the background and loosten it from anything. Stuff sticking to the background is my only gripe about this otherwize amazing product!!

If you don't want things to stick to the background, then don't stick them to the background.
