Shortcut for showing "Fixed context menu" checkbox

We can show "Lock windows" checkbox by right-clicking or double-clicking locked windows. It's a useful shortcut.

==Suggestion==
I suggest to show the checkbox for "Fixed context menu" by right-clicking or double-clicking context menu.
