Cant Tranfer Algodoo! Help!

I am trying to unlock algodoo on my new computer and then it said incorrect serial key. But it is right (I copied and pasted). So then i realised that i had to deactivate it on my old computer. How do I transfer algodoo?!

Just make sure you enter the registration information exactly as given, including the same name and e-mail. It should work.
