Help: Uninstalled on one computer and not running on another

Because I was going to change computers to this one, I uninstalled Algodoo on my other computer. I tried to re-install it on my new computer and that worked perfectly. But, when I tried to unlock Algodoo on my new computer with the same code and e-mail, it didn't work. A box came up and said 'The serial key you entered is invalid'

I was wondering wether any of you knew how to fix it??

Should work when you've uninstalled Algodoo.
My computer chrashed, I've got a new one, and I could unlock Algodoo with the same key and e-mail without any problems. So it's kinda weird that it doesn't work with normal uninstal.

Maybe you could send an e-mail to Algoryx with your key and e-mail and can they give you a new key.

Make sure you enter your information exactly as given in confirmation e-mail, i.e. same name, email and serial. It _should_ work.
