Validation Error when Purchasing

Im in the US and im trying to purchase Algodoo online, i have enough money on my credit card to cover the conversion cost as well as the program.I filled out everything to the letter and im getting a notice that says "Order Failed" and then something about not being able to validate who i am... Help please?
