[SOLVED][v1.7.2beta] UTF-8 BOM is needed for Excel etc.

mojibake-issue happens when you open csv-data which Algodoo outputs with Microsoft Office Excel.
I suggest that adding BOM (bytes 0xEF, 0xBB, 0xBF for UTF-8) at the start of csv-data.

Good idea - in fact, I'll add UTF8 BOM to all text files written by Algodoo (including .phn)
