Have you reinstalled system or just upgraded? If the second, then try to check up you repositories.
And yes, you can try to install the libcv1 first and then algodoo.

Its a fresh install. When i Manually install libcv1 it goes on asking for another lib I install that as well and then It goes on asking for another. I try to install that lib and that lib tells me i need another lib for that lib to work. If that makes any sense. It seems like a never ending circle.

Main site say:
"For Debian systems (including Ubuntu): Just download the Debian package and run it (double-click). If this does not work: open a terminal. Use cd to reach the folder with the downloaded file. After this, run the following commands.

sudo dpkg -i algodoo_1.7.1-Linux_amd64.deb; sudo apt-get install -f"

Then you can try to use aptitude, sometimes it satisfy dependencies better.
And at least, you can try to install all libs it need and they need, and then you will be able to solve dependences by yourself.

i just download it, find the file in the terminal, for example $ cd /Documents/Algodoo/; then ./algodoo and and error appears, some libs, was 3 lbcv.so.1, libcxcore.so.1 and libhighgui.so.1, so the thing is that i went to file browser change the names on
/Documents/Algodoo/lib/lbcv.so.2 to libcv.so.1
/Documents/Algodoo/lib/libcxcore.so.2 to libxcore.so.1
/Documents/Algodoo/lib/libhighgui.so.2 to libhighgui.so.1

then go back to terminal at /Documents/Algodoo/$ ./algodoo and it works was having the same issue like you

You are right. I checked up my libs and they were with 1 at the end  But if he installed Algodoo from the package, there will be no lib folder.

algodoo is installed in /opt/Algodoo/

Also, you can get libs and stuff which are found in some older ubuntu releases from this site:

If you have issues with libcv, there are two .deb versions of algodoo. One with libcv1 and one with libcv2. Try the other one and see if that works.

The download page says sudo dpkg -i algodoo_1.8.5-Ubuntu10.10-Linux32.deb; sudo apt-get install -f, but the filename is not algodoo_1.8.5-Ubuntu10.10-Linux32.deb. The filename is algodoo_1_8_5-Ubuntu10.10-Linux32.deb.
