Installation Issues(Ubuntu 10.04)

Postby cdh473 » Mon Jun 07, 2010 7:02 pm

I have downloaded the .deb package, ran it, then all goes well, as far as I can see, until I try to run algodoo from the terminal (sudo algodoo).
This is the error I get:
Code: Select all
./algodoo.bin: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/i686/cmov/libavcodec.so.51: undefined symbol: lzo1x_decode

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Please excuse my posts. I am extremely stupid.

using synaptics manager, find libavcodec and mark it for reinstallation and click apply.

Try to install libavcodec-extra-52 (version may differ) except for libavcodec51.
