lethalsquirl & sheepborg collab teaser

Postby sheepborg » Thu May 13, 2010 10:43 pm

Here is a little teaser for the car that we are working together on
it is roughly 1100 polygons and it has little lag.
our goal was photorealism, and i think we did a pretty good job

division of labor
Sheepborg: Body, frame, Engine (and drivetrain), and assembly
Lethalsquirl: Wheels, (epicly awesome)interior, and the track

Main Features: awesome detail, engine included, trunk and hood open, realistic interior, no textures

we have worked long and hard on this masterpiece

here is the picture you have all been waiting for:
it is a screenshot from the scene

UPDATE:

status update--- the gto is almost fully assembled and the functions are working
no track to be included in the high detail model, but the low lag model will include a full track
the high detail model does include features to delete less necessary items (not realy recommended)

sorry no new pictures , as we cant give away everything

When it is posted it will be under the name of lethalsheep which is the collab of me and lethalsquirl
if you have any questions or collab requests etc. please feel free to pm me or lethalsquirl (me first since i will respond faster)

Rather than writing small, we should write like this. Much more well hidden.
And what type of plane will it be?

actually underground was talking about a different project of mine... which is a plane
and it is failing as of now
and i am not sure what it is

plus you are wrong anyways nxdt, it is a 1970 Pontiac GTO Judge.
you obviously arent paying attention, as the "judge" decal is in front of the wheel in 1969
The stupid overrated 1969 is lame anyways

I thought it was in front of the wheel. In the picture i thought the car was facing Left, not right. Easy mistake.

understandable mistake
of course, the 69 never came in that color scheme anyways
but i can see how easy that mistake is, considdering the similarity of the two years

it is like if i put a 68 and 69 charger next to each other in phun

Yeah. I didn't know that. I should have looked at the picture in more detail, the edge of the door is visible.

my model has a Ram Air IV
but it was available also with a 455 rocket
it could come with a ram air III, but that was predominately in the 69 model year
all of the engines wew either 400 or 455 cid v8's

the ram air iv was the rarest of the options. but it is my favorite option, since the ram air hood jammed air straight into the engine.
