Its been along time since ive been on phun, now im back and whats this??

algodoo, the best version of phun.

but what is there that phun doesnt have, just wanted to know

bad news for me, i have no hope with getting algodoo and i wanted to thank all the people on the old phun forums who helped me out with my problems.

Okay its basically a re-enforced Phun.
It has Grids, lasers, much more advanced water, allot of bug fixes, and so much more!
You can get a discount on Algodoo if you can prove you were active on the old Phun forums, which is great!

only problem is i did state im unable to get it, ive had a history of cuasing viruses on my computer, and i dont think my mum would wanna pay for something she may think is a virus.

I don't like it when parents are too cautious and think everything is a virus. I mean, how can a virus have a community of over a thousand people?

Also, Algodoo's great. Grid, lasers, customizable look, better water physics, and don't forget that it's way easier to use.

since it comes on a CD it is so much safer, seriously it is not like downloading
it would not be at all effective to send a virus on a CD based program

and if it had a virus with it, you can bet that there would be reports all over the internet
I think that your mum may be a bit too paranoid about viruses.
not saying i am not afraid of viruses, but her actions seem excesive

i am sticking with phun anyways, since i am so cheap and phun has most of what i need

There is no CD. They just give you a key to unlock the demo.

Wow, that's some sadness right there about the mom being so scared of viruses she can't trust a commercial product... A well reputed on at that.
Why even let you sit by the computer if she is so paranoid? I mean, there are plenty of things you could do to catch a virus or trojan just by surfing the net.

And Algodoo is awesome btw, i just wish it got more features more frequently. You should tell your mom to do the research into it so you can purchase it so Erik can add more features for the revenue.

That's because that was the public discount, which ended. There's still the personal discount, which you probably qualify for, which is (if I remember correctly) $7.10
