Will it be fixed or not??? Half of scenes cannot be opened and I just can't do anything in 171 :thumbdown:

Undo-redo fixes it, if you are about that mess of hinges which appears sometimes after loading scene.

This happens to me as well. It sometimes doesn't work if you undo then redo, i've reinstalled but it still doesn't work. Please can you get this fixed.

AFAIK, the problem is on algobox, which doesn't upload properly the files the first time you upload. a scene edit, hovewer, doesn't have this issue.

while link is too lazy to make a solution, you have a temporary one: Edit the scene uploading the same file(or another, if you want to kill two birds with a stone...).

I agree with Kilinich, this is entirely unrelated to Algobox. It has happened to a number of my scenes, all of which that were affected were never downloaded from (or even once uploaded to) Algobox.

And yes, that is what he means, Kilinich. But that doesn't always work. I think it could be an issue with a slight error in the checksums, although I am not sure. Since it happens sporadically for me (meaning that some scenes sometimes have this issue, and next time I open them they don't, and then the next time they do have this issue), I don't think it is the checksum, or even the scene file.

Ya, Dakta is right, I'm about loading scene.
And I think that it would be better to make a simple scene which will be affected by this bug, to help Emil solve this problem easyly. But I can't see any rule in which this bug appears, for now...

Sorry about this bug, I have found the cause of it and a fix, but as of now we haven't decided exactly when the next update will come, as there are a few other fixes and tweaks that we want to squeeze in first. I'll keep you posted.

The bug is caused by a coding mistake on my part that will internally mess up the mapping from geometry id to the corresponding geometry.
