I can't log into my Algobox account! *ISSUE RESOLVED*

Hi, I have an account on Algobox for scene sharing etc. It is called 'Rrobba' like my forum account. But, when I try to log in to my account it says 'Incorrect username or password' but I am absolutely sure that I have correctly put in both my username AND password. So, I tried to do the 'forgot my password' link but when I enter my username and email it says they do not match, but again I am absolutely sure that they are correct. So, I can't log in, upload or edit any scenes on Algobox! Has my account been hacked? Is there a problem with the servers? Has it been happening to you? What shall I do!?

every time i click "scenes" on the link bar, it just goes to a white screen, and my loading bar says "done"

Well now that I know that there are multiple users experiencing problems it is most likely a server problem that hopefully will be fixed soon.

Yes, it's completely normal. Algoryx wants you to be trapped in Algobox forever, where you'll have to survive off scenes with food and water in them.

Yeah once your in you can't get out. A few of the lucky ones realized if you span enough you get banned and get to leave

In all seriousness. There should be a logout button next to your user name in the top right corner. -Works fine for me.

Or you could just remove the cookie using your browser, which doesn't require you to install anything.

Well Ccleaner is a small, free program so its no trouble to install and download. Also, it probably works better and faster than doing it from your browser.

Not really. All you do in your browser is go into the cookies menu, search for algodoo.com/algobox or something, and delete it. Not very hard and it's still quicker than installing, running, and using Ccleaner.

i prefer ccleaner as it removes all the useless crap out of you pc which is mainly temp files ( system and browser ) and cookies.

Don't download Cleaner -.- There is a fine line between crap and important system tools. You should note that even if it does clean out all the crap your computer isn't going to go much faster, computers are like people they age and as they age they get slower. Hardware slowly deteriorates, Windows slows deteriorates.

ofcourse i could just delete the cookies, but i still think its weird that i can't logout.
when i press logout, i just get returned back to scenes page, with myself still logged in.
