Strange Transparent Objects

I recently bought the updated version of Algodoo (a few weeks ago) and I have just recently noticed a strange problem.

When i zoom out past a certain point, some objects become translucent, but when i highlight the object, it says that it is not transparent at all. This only occurs in scenes that involve modified scripting.

This has only happened twice, but it is a strange problem and I want to know if anyone can explain it.

I think this is due to the new update. I know that when you zoom out enough, objects change color slightly, so it might be affecting the transparency, too.
