Youtube embedding

How do i embed a youtube video in either my posts, or in the phunbox?

in the phunbox is where i want to know most, i've seen it done before and tried two methods that i know of of embedding video and neither have worked

Edit : Just to note ive searched phunland, and had a cruise around here and found nothing - so if i have missed something obvious go easy on me I did try to find out as i thought someone must have asked this already lol

On the forums we can't do that.

see what i'd done wrong is originally i had done [youtube]video ID[/youtube] because thats how a few other forums i know work, when it didnt, i assumed it was totally different than just trying the full url lol
