Water seems to hate me/GUI annyoance

Water Problem:
When I spawn some water, it rapidly expands and keeps spawning more water.
Why?
Annoyance:
Whenever I start algodoo, the middle bar is over the top bar. Its a nuicance to unclock them both, then move them back then move them so their flat.

I dunno, delete the config I guess.

For the spawning problem, it's because the water is colliding with the spawner, causing it to spawn more. Set the spawner so it doesn't collide with water.
