No Self-collision for laserpens

Title says it all. we've got no self-collision for geometries. why not for lasers?

You don't get it? It seemed simple enough, there would be a checkbox in the lasers collision menu that said "no self-collision" just like in the collision menu for polygons, if you clicked that check, it wouldn't collide with other polygons that had the same collision boxes checked.

Or do you not get why we are all saying "So do I"?

Uh... I don't get it either. Laser pens don't collide with anything, so what the heck would a no self collision box do?

EDIT: Nevermind, I get it. The laser will go through stuff with the same collision set. :roll:
