when I try to pm algoryx I get "The requested users to be added do not exist." thats why I started this thread. I guess I should of included more details in my first post. And I know I can use e-mail.

Ken explained this mix up a while back basically we have Admin (Ken) he is the boss and then he made another account "algoryx" for the use for making the promotion after a mix up with every one sending their requests to "algoryx" instead of admin, ken deleted the algoryx account to avoid confusion.
Long story short PM Admin (Ken) Instead.

It turns out that the problem was a combination of impatience and typing in the wrong box
