Texture scaling
Mouse wheel doesn't have enough precision. instead of using the wheel, you could use midle mouse click...

maybe something else because middle mouse click is is reserved to pan view but i like this idea.
or adjust the texture matrix to have better precision but it's too difficult for non-scripters.

What is "Middle Mous Button," mabye I just don't have one, or is it something obvious that I'm missing?

Actually some old mice wheels don't have the middle mouse button.
