Sim-info: Change "of realtime" to "of sim-speed"

SimInfo_Realtime = " of realtime";

I think " of sim-speed" is proper than " of realtime".



I'm afraid that users think that "50% of realtime means that the simulation is the half speed of realtime" however it's not true when sim-speed is 0.50x, for example.

I expect that users think that "50% of sim-speed means that the simulation is quarter speed of realtime because now the sim-speed is 0.50x". (0.5 * 0.5 = 0.25)
