algodoo 3-D

Suggestions for Algodoo Phun Edition.

algodoo 3-D

Postby hundsdorfer » Wed Jun 16, 2010 2:39 am

Its just 1 idea than i have !
Why the producers of algodoo do not create a converter (like a mod) that it becomes algodoo in 3D!
I know it's hard but it is a suggestion that I had and decided to post!

(The converter can be used only for the paid versions of the game, which could yield more money if it were released on the market a version of algodoo whit the converter).

Thanks

Been suggested, and I'm pretty sure it's not gonna happen. Besides, Algoryx already has a 3D physics engine (I think).

And everybody knows and algodoo ale has physical fluid, so it was converted into 3-D would be a fantastic for all s experience, in addition to the AgX Multiphysics Toolkit do not have to download and euduvido emcontre that someone in a store!

(Besides the algodoo is much more accessible !)

Again, it's been suggested, and it won't be happening any time soon.

Algodoo 3D is a very stupid idea. It would be a different program not any sort of extension or sequel.

Also, Also there used to be a guy on Phunland forums (I think at least) that used to advertise a 3D Physics simulator called "golem"

We don't want Algodoo 3D. That's why it's called 2D Physics Sandbox.

Hehe. Converting 2d scenes to 3d would be real complicated because of the collision groups and the lack of "physical" depth.

Also, no.

I don't believe if it was possible and/or functional that it would be stupid idea. What makes it stupid is lets say its like auto cad ,3d and 2d, do you know high its system requirements are for the newest one. Thats auto cad which doesn't even simulate anything. Algodoo would take an ungodly amount of CPU and RAM that with todays tech would be possible but expansive as (fill in the blank with your favorite noun). no company on the face of the earth actually has that sort of power right on hand.

(yes I know its slightly exaggerated)
(wouldn't work with the crappy classmate PCs)

3-D would totally change the game and make it lag even more than before. Plus it's been suggested aproximately 1000000 times.

What? I'm tired of all these "OMG WE NEEDZ ALGOODZ IN 3D" threads. Algodoo isn't going to be in 3-D. So stop suggesting it.

And by doing so, stating what has already been said; add that to the fact that this topic has been dead for a month.

In the incredibots forum, (a baby sister to algodoo in comparison), this sort of thing gets suggested 100 times a day. Is there some kind of mould in the world?! :?: :!:
Oh by the way, Sonic, the guy in the crosshairs is probably dead, no duh Sherlock s*** DOES happen, and compairing this thread to someone getting killed is not only widely innapropriate, but it is also highly insensitive. (wish I could subtract internets  )

Not a problem, Chronos :D
One of the most important things to remember on this forums is to
I am ranting massively at you because you bumped an ancient topic  so I wrote:ALWAYS CHECK THE P0ST DATES

If you don't, it automatically identifies you as a total noob to people who like to rant at you :D It's called a bump, and no one here likes it. (anyone got a facepalm image? I need to put one here) Let the old topics die in peace.

Another rule is to always search the forums before you post.
Now you have been educated in how to use the forums.

@Chronos- pleased to do my duty, sir. Did I do an okay job for you?

Not bad. I would've preferred a bit more rage, but it got the point across. Gold star for you. :D
