random circle spawner?

Postby Karadom » Sun Dec 20, 2009 12:32 am

on every scene I push S and it randomly spawns circles!
i dont recall ever doing any scripting (cant even if i want to, have no idea)
just by pushing f11 (all i know is that f11=thyme) i saw that a script was running and s=spawn and r=destroy

can anyone help me with this?

Delete your config. If I remember correctly, it is in the phun folder with the file name "config.cfg"

That's it...I am definetly going to make a guide to common problems. I'm tired of all these problems that could be fixed so easily...

the config file is a file that saves all your settings you activate in algodoo/phun. if you delete it, a new standard config file will be created and everything will be set to default settings.

Hello, Is there any way to make an object "scan" a certain area (like a circle around him) and then spawn at a random position within that area that is free of collisions? Imagine as if it's a wizard teleporting around the screen. Note that this is for a 3D game.

Also, say I want this object to spawn on elevated platforms and even on the vertical sides of walls as well. How would I handle that?
