It seems when I create a new object and want to adjust the refractive index the slider is missing. I know that it appeared earlier but on my recent startups it is missing. When I choose a phunlet e.g optics/prism i has this property visible when I am inspecting the material properties.

Is there something in the program that needs to reset? Please Help!

It is installed on a windows xp-pro machine and i have the latest version of algodoo

You could always change it in scripm menu.
