When your language's alphabet are all included in the below, what you have to do is making Finnish.cfg, Finnish_help.txt.
You can see English.cfg and English_help at algodoo.com/translations/
Btw, there is old type cfg-file for Finnish. Suomi.cfg (for Phun beta 4.21) In addition, there is Suomi.png

There are 628 "=" in English.cfg. It means translators work on about 628 words/phrases needed to be translated. When you know Algodoo enough, you are able to translate 1 phrase / minute into your language. So 11 hours are enough to translate.

Cool.

In my opinion, you don't have to make new word. :)
Just explain what the English word means by tool-tip.

If possible, translate every word. ;)
In Japan (I'm a Japanese), there is a way to notate pronunciations of an English word by using Japanese characters. So I used this way to translate "toggle" (I cannot find good Japanese word for this word) and added tool-tip for "toggle".
However, "Paused" is still "Paused" in Japanese.cfg. It is possible to translate "Paused" into Japanese by using same way with "toggle" but I decided not to translate it because I thought more than 50% of Japanese will be confused by translating this word.

Great! We will go look for someone to read through it a bit, and hopefully it will be good enough to give it an all-clear  then all finnish users will be notified of the translation automatically

Cool! there may be a few flaws, for example words that dont "really" exist that are only used in the main region [helsinki]...
Maybe not but lets wait :D
