New Font for translation

i need help to create new font. I make czech trasnlation and our state have other chars. Exist any software to convert *.ttf (Font) to *.raw or how to create new *.raw file with a grid ? And how to create *.dat file ?

wait a second, you just want the data in the .ttf file to be transferred to a .dat or any other kind of file?
If so, I could easily make a program that does that.

if it is possible, could you make my font work on algodoo, because I want use a custom font and it's in tff format. Also, I'm a mac user so...

Now it's this problem solved because you can choose central european font (i prefer Trebuchet MS CE )

I use it for my translation, i'm Czech too
