By the way, there are lack of backslashes before double-quotations at line 453.

i.e.
FileFilter_Tooltip = "可用通配符號(如"?", "*")搜索選擇資料夾文件.";
should be
FileFilter_Tooltip = "可用通配符號(如\"?\", \"*\")搜索選擇資料夾文件.";

1. There are many warning in your translation files.
Open console (Press F10) or open Logfile.txt to read the Warning.

- WARNING - 繁體中文 had "SettingsMaterial" which was not found in the English original
- WARNING - 繁體中文 had "Apperance_MoodTab" which was not found in the English original
- WARNING - 繁體中文 had "SettingsApperance" which was not found in the English original
- WARNING - 繁體中文 had "BoxText" which was not found in the English original
... and so forth.

2. I think priority of FontFallbacks should be re--considered.


"San" is not so good, in my humble opinion.

Hm, FontFallbacks stuff has been fixed.
But warnings still exists. Do you have plan to fix this?
These old words ("SettingsMaterial" etc.) are not needed for current translation.

How to fix this?

I think you have old and/or unnecessarily file(s).
Removing Algodoo folder and re-installing Algodoo will solve your warning issue. Don't forget creating backup before deleting Algodoo folder.
