A little help
Ok, so i bought the software (and i must say it blew my socks off and into the next level of conciousness) and i was having fun, when my mac froze. So i restarted it, and started up Algodoo again. It said the demo time was over, and wouldn't let me do anything. So i tried to re enter the license key, and it keeps sayign it's invalid. Sooo...anyone got any bright ideas?

Re: A little help
Try going into the options menu in Algodoo and reset Algodoo and then put the registration code back in. I don't know if this will help, but it was the first thing that came to mind. :/

Try reinstalling algodoo? Don't worry, it will still accept your licence key

Tried it. Also did not work. I keep deleting the folder, and it keeps giving me the same thing.

Uninstall Algodoo and reinstall. Make sure you remove all traces of the program. You don't have to delete your scenes.

Very strange. Make sure you type in the license exactly as stated in the email you got (copy/paste is often preferred). I'll have someone here contacting you. I am on a road trip.

ROAD TRIP!
Also make sure its not installed on any other machines, a license is only valid for a single computer.

Re: A little help
So it did not say invalid the first time you entered it? Please send us your Algodoo log file, which is located in ~/Library/Application Support/Algodoo/ (where ~ is your home directory) to support@algodoo.com

it would unregister it on the other machine (at least it did for me), so that wouldnt be a problem

Re: A little help
Slight issue. The folder and file you told me to send isn't there.

Did you uninstall algodoo before you looked for it?
