Postby emilk » Fri Oct 14, 2011 3:31 pm

Release candidate 5 now available for Windows. Here's what's new:

=== Algodoo 2.0.0 RC5, 2011-10-14 ===
* NEW: Thyme command App.AddUndoPoint - good for save points in games.
* NEW: Thyme command 'readable' to read volatile entity attributes (e.g. "(readable e.other).pos(0)")
* NEW: Thyme command 'owner' to get owner scope from {}-scripted attribute (e.g. "color = {p := (readable owner).pos; [p(0), p(1), 1, 1]}")
* IMP: You can now select a spring without the endpoints by holding down ALT.
* IMP: Better looking spring selection outline.
* IMP: Nice connector between side menu and open widget.
* IMP: Nice preview when trying to detach side bar widget.
* IMP: Sub-menus to the Edit menu must now be tugged quite a bit before detaching.
* IMP: Better handling of end-point depths.
* FIX: Issue with spring tool connecting springs to existing line end points even when those where covered by a geometry.
* FIX: Moving a spring now suspends the bodies it is attached to.
* FIX: Issues with changing line end point sizes.
* FIX: Scaling sometimes expanding hinges, springs, etc.

Okay, you make those variables readable, taht's great for scripters.
But why not writeable??! oh, i don't see the reason of not doing it...
