The correct way to get some help ?

Hi all of You, ....

First of all, my native language is Dutch, so please forgive my "possible" poor English.
Second, I am an algodoo newbie, who is looking for help trough the right channel.
Third, I have a specific kind of "project" in mind wich I want to create in algodoo.
So my first question is; is this the right way to get help?

Remember to give a good description, providing screenshots, video recordings and you can even upload the scene to algobox and paste it on.
