Postby frogman786 » Mon Feb 21, 2011 9:25 am

most of us lack inspiration sometimes and just find ourself doodling on algodoo/phun
so here a thread where people can post pictures/videos of awesome or interesting mechanical devices that could be made in algodoo
complex or simple it doesn't matter just something you found that looks phun

p.s. i couldn't figure out where to put this so i figured here would be my best bet

Why are you on the internet?
Isn't there the whole matter of being in a state of emergency.

If it isn't i bad taste i would like to *inspire* a city destruction scene. I've seen volcano, bombs and meteors but never an earthquake.

Well, for newer people I guess you could try making something like a pistol that works much like a real one, that's what I'm working on right now :P

What I do for inspiration is look around algobox, and find a scene that piques my curiosity. Then I make that scene myself. Trying to make a flash game in algodoo is an interesting project for the beginning scripter, while building a sequenced cannon is a good project for a beginning phundamentalist. I've done both...

Someone should make a catapult game, or ballistics computer. I haven't seen one on the algobox in a long time.

All good suggestions so far. A Rube Goldberg or pinball machine make fun projects and can be as simple or complex as you want.
