Whenever you change the lanquage does the thyme chnage too?
cause i was wondering that if say japenese want to script they have to leanr english.....

e.normal doesn't make much sense. But we give it a meaning.
Same for everything else.

No, also, the scripting is using a simple syntax, it's not like they have to learn the English language :) (for example, you don't have to learn how to have conversation if you are a tourist to a country, but, you may need to know how to say specific things, like "Thankyou", "Goodbye" and "I don't speak good <language name>", chances are, those you talk to, will already know how to speak parts of the language you speak too :)).
