How to move layers?

I have squares and circles that i need to move behind other things. Like is there a layer selection or move layers? thanks

This does show me how to make things not collide, but my question was to know how to move object behind (or in front of) other objects, like in photoshop you can drag layers down the list to make them go behind other layers. Still confused! Thanks though...

Select object(right click) > select (menu option) > move front / back.
By using code method, edit the zDepth in script menu.
