Algobox Problem

This is an report of the user ''coolcars''.
Coolcas was freefun15, and freefun got banned for stealing scenes. After that, he got an new account, called ''coolkid44''. The account was banned for insulting and swearing. A little while after that, he created 4 coolcars accunts (called coolcars, coolcars1, coolcars2 and coolcars3. When i was mad at him at my ''Top View Crashable Volvo 850'' scene, he rated 1 on my scene with all his accounts. He also insulted me. Now, after the accounts are deleted, he just created 2 new ''coolcars'' accounts! They are called coolcars4. and coolcars5. (Or he has created even more, who knows?!)

How is this even allowed?
Is it really allowed to create more and more accounts after getting banned?!

He'll never get bored. He just keeps doing this, and getting new accounts. This is against the rules, but coolcars still never seem to give up, or get banned. He will get un-banned in a week.

Yeah this has been going on for about for almost a year, I thought he was IP banned, but clearly not. Message tatt/kilinich/dare/emanuel/emil about it. They should sort it out.

First, Kilinich said that he got banned for a month. And then, Emanuel said hes IP-banned. So he might be banned forever. Still, coolcars has created 2 more accounts.

Emanuel just told me that coolcars5 does not have the same IP as the other coolcars acounts.
And the account ''coolcars4.'' is banned.

The problem is, is that some ISP's have stupid leasing methods of IP addresses.
What IP may be theres for a few month, may change all of a sudden over night!

The coolcars5 account doesn't have the same IP as the other ones.
But coolcars5 just wrote ''this is shit lucas'' at my Beetle.
I guess he created it with another computer.

as I said, IP addresses can change. My IP address has recently changed after YEARS of being the same after an upgrade to my connection.
We have proxy's, other people's computers, bypassing IP protection's isn't really hard as it used to be!

Hes comments are deleted. I guess hes banned then.
But i hope he wont keep doing this when the ''coolcars'' account gets un-banned.

Yeah good point about the IP's, I remember when P-1337 was going, ioncannons questioned me about why I have logged in from 34 different IP addresses, all from the same connection fyi. So just try to ban me lol.

But still, we can always see if he creates another account.
Hes so stupid he uses the name ''coolcars'' all the time!
