GPS in the making

I have this scene that I made in phun (so it's universal) and I'm trying to make a gps device. This is what I have so far:-

However, I can only get it to work on one hemicircle.

I was wondering how would I make this work properly in phun and then I will make the mini world have GPS satellites.
