Radar
A radar that can be moved and still display objects.
Thanks to Paradigm_29 and Grady for helping me with a couple of problems.
If you use the radar on a new scene declare these variables BEFORE you import the radar:
scene.my.BaseGeomID = 1000
scene.my.tpos = [0,0]
scene.my.dist = 0
scene.my.fixate = 10000
On the tip of the radar there is a laser, you can disable it after one revolution, this will remove the "lag".
